Harris HMC is a commercial building company which has been established for 30 years. They are a large company, with a small-business culture – Real people, with true dedication to meeting their commitments.
Harris HMC engaged UCI to fit out their new two-level office. Due to the long-standing relationship and trust of the excellent service that UCI provides to their clients, they knew that the fit-out would be successful in terms of delivery and installation for crucial dates and quality of furniture.
The first-floor spatial arrangement entails various work zones that enable collaboration and communication between the multiple divisions whilst the second-floor houses the meeting rooms and staff breakout space that is flexible to open out to an outdoor balcony and cater for large staff meetings and client functions.
