UCI worked in partnership with Studio 103 and Mc Cormacks Property Services to deliver 6 individual spec fit outs at 140 Williams street for JLL Property and Asset Management team.
Throughout the design stage, we worked collaboratively with Studio 103 to custom design tables and select products which would suit these flexible working spaces.
The fit-outs were individually designed and customised to offer a variety of completed spaces to enable clientele to select a space which best suits their company profile.
All 6 fit-outs were delivered and installed on time and coordinated to be simultaneously completed.
