Award winning real estate agents Place is committed to providing top quality in all aspects of their business. With many offices located throughout Queensland, Place sought an office fit out solution which reflected their commitment to quality estate service. UCI worked closely with Ellivo and the client to create a work environment conducive to team collaboration while allowing for privacy and sound management. Muffle was selected as the primary focus of the project because of its sound-absorbent properties, technical resolution and aesthetics. The brief then expanded to involve a custom solution integrating UCI’s Transform workstations with the Okamura product. The consistency of the fit out was carried through with the selection of Baron chairs, Zeta mobile pedestals and Mosso Pro task lights.
