UCI have worked closely with Studio 103 and Mc Cormacks Property services on this project to provide a stylish and sophisticated space, full of greenery and natural tones to bring relaxation and warmth to the space.
Here is Alex Brookes – Studio 103, take on this successful project and UCI’s positive involvement throughout the design and construction process.
The design intent was to create a light, bright and functional workspace, where neighborhoods helped to facilitate individual working, collaboration, formal & informal meetings. UCI were a critical link in the creation of these workspaces, with the Flow workstation as the spine of the open work area. Key accessories were implemented, such as acoustic screens to all desks, flexible monitor arms and contemporary storage solutions. Customisation of finishes to meeting room furniture was useful in giving this office space a unique character, and UCI were flexible with options and support along the way.
