Located in Brisbane, Snelleman Tom is an accounting organisation integrating their accounting practices with business consulting, financial planning and insurance. Since 1984, they have been providing assistance to both individuals and businesses Australia wide. Tonic Architects wanted to create a new ‘non accountant’ feel for their offices in the brand new Mosaic building in the hub of Fortitude Valley. By bringing in warm colours, contemporary nishes and timber grains, UCI in collaboration with Tonic created an atmosphere reflecting the scope of Snelleman Tom’s business as more than accounting. The office bucks a classic accountant trend, by going with hot desk style workstations and paperless processes. As a result, no accessories were required leaving the office space with a clean and open feel.
