Vision Australia supports members of the community who have been diagnosed with vision loss to live life independently and to its full ability. The space, situated in the Melbourne suburb of Kooyong, comprises of 5500 sqm over two levels and will be developed for the 240 visually impaired employees as well as visitors. The project will be delivered in stages and will include public spaces, indoor/outdoor cafe, media and radio studio, gallery, public library and much more.
Hot Black Interiors consulted UCI for the selection of the Sylphy task chair, the aim was to customize the task chair to suit particular user groups, some of whom experience vision impairment. The selection of a white body and light grey fabric combination was a perfect solution for the client’s needs and a beautiful combination of color.
UCI also provided complimentary loose furniture and tables for the breakout, meeting and casual areas of the space.
